Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using MemWall ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

MemWall provides a live photo wall for events. Event hosts create walls where guests can upload photos that appear in real-time on a display. We process and store photos temporarily to deliver this service.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for your account credentials. One person per account. You must be at least 16 years old to use MemWall.

4. Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant MemWall a limited license to process, store, and display the photos as part of the Service. We use automated content moderation (NSFW detection) but event hosts are ultimately responsible for content on their walls.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Plans & Payments

Free accounts have limits on photo count and include MemWall branding. Paid plans remove these limits. Payments are one-time per event and are non-refundable once the event has been used, though we'll work with you on reasonable requests.

6. Data & Photos

Photos are stored for the duration of your event plan (1 day for Free, 7 days for Party, 30 days for Pro, 90 days for Business). After expiration, photos are automatically and permanently deleted. Download your photos before your event expires. We are not responsible for lost photos after expiration.

7. Limitation of Liability

MemWall is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime, especially during your event. We recommend having a backup plan for critical moments. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
